What is Garskin Customize Texture Cover?

 

- Garskin's texture cover is made from PVC which has the looks of leather, carbon fibres and other materials.

 

There are a total of 7 different kinds of texture to choose from.

How to customize your cover?

 

Step 1

Select the Tab "Design my style" from the menu

 

 

Step 2

 

 

 

Select the Kind of material that you will like to have on your cover.
Step 3

 

 

The Customizer will appear as below. The menu on the left is the customizer tool bar which allows you to add backgrounds or changes to your cover.

The customizer tool bar has 4 options to choose from. The first will be the selection of background. It has 21 different images to choose from.
Step 5

 

 

You can add in your own background or images by selecting the Picture Tab from the customizer tool bar. Click on Browse to select the image that you want from your computer or select Url on the side to use images which are from the world wide web but be sure to look at our disclaimer on the use of images before you decide to use it.

Add in some cool texts to your background if you want by selecting the Text Tab from the customizer tool bar.

From the tool bar, you can choose to select the different types of fonts that we offer, the size of the text and the colors of the text too.

Step 7

 

The customizer tool bar have the function to add in cool shapes to your design cover.

You can choose to alter the thickness of the frame or even removing the frame for the shape that you specify and also to edit the different kinds of colors that we choose from.

Change the size of the shapes by dragging the 4 corners of the shape that is appearing on your screen.

   

What is the delivery time?


 

 

- All goods will be produced and shipped within 2-4 business days. After that shipping time takes 3-10 business days.  Any delivery date quoted by Garskin are approximate only.

Why did Garskin reject my image?

 

 

- As written in the disclaimer, any threatening, obscene, pornographic or profane material or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law. Any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity or copyrights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons (or their parents or legal guardians, where applicable) who are shown in the material. And any material sent from an anonymous or false address.

What is the warranty and return policy?

 

 
 

- Garskin warrants that:

  1. the product or product components do not infringe any existing patent, copyright, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any third party;
  2. for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of product, the product will conform in all material aspects with the specifications. If a product reject is found not to be operating in accordance with Garskin provided specifications during this period, Garskin will, without charge for material, labor or delivery cost of the rejected product from customer to Garskin and vice visa, have such Product repaired or replaced, if returned to Garskin. 
  3. Replacement Products or Product Components may be new, factory reconditioned, refurbished, re-manufactured or functionally equivalent and will be furnished only on an exchange basis.  Returned Products and Product Components, which have been replaced by Garskin, shall become Garskin’s property. Replacement Products or Product Components are warranted to be in good working order within the warranty period.
  4. The foregoing warranty does not extend to Products or Product Components that have (i) been subjected to misuse, neglect, lightning, fire, flood or accident, (ii) been used, repaired or altered contrary to Garskins’ instructions, or (iii) been improperly installed, stored, or maintained.

All products returned MUST: be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials.

  1. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items, Garskin will match Customer shipping method on Customer replacement or exchange item(s).
  2. If product arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If Customer accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Garskin to file a damage claim. Save the product AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Garskin immediately. If Customer do not notify Garskin of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, Garskin's regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.
  3. Garskin reserves the rights to refuse any returns that:
    (a) Has been specified as not be refundable once item package has been opened;
    (b) Is not returned in its original packaging;
    (c) Has missing parts; or
    (d) Returns received beyond 7 days from the original ship date.

Why are there misalignment in our images between the front and back covers?

 

 
 

- We sincerely apologise if errors are made during production as there is bound to be human error as the product is hand made. Garskin do not encourage users to upload images with cross alignments between the front and back cover. Due to handmade limitation and printing issues due to the quality of the uploaded images, problems of this sort are bound to happen.

How do i know that i have successfully made a purchase?

 

 
 

- When the product is purchase from the online store successfully, you will receive a email from Garskin stating your invoice number and other information.

How do i know when my purchase products be send to me?

 

 
 

- When the product is sent off from our site, our system will generate a email that contains the tracking number. You could check via Singpost or Fedex with the tracking number that is send to you in the email.

I did not receive any emails send to me by Garskin. Why is that so?

 

 
 

- You can check your junk and spam folders for the email that Garskin has sent out. Most email providers filter out unfamiliar mails and the mail could probably land in it.

Why am i charge by my bank for using credit card to make payments?

 

 
 

- Garskin does not charge our customers for payments using credit cards. There might be additional charges while paying by credit cards, do check your respective banks for more details.
